Sea Captains’ Row was painted in 2016 by Jackie Reeves and Mary-Ann Agresti on the wall of Bradford’s Hardware on Pleasant Street in Hyannis. The 24-foot mural drew from historic photographs and documents to highlight the neighborhood’s 19th-century maritime past and its role as an entryway to the village. Supported by community volunteers and local businesses, the project was connected to a larger effort to celebrate the historic character of Sea Captains’ Row and encourage engagement with the street’s identity.
